Holiday Activity & Food Programme (HAF)
GCS are pleased to open up bookings for our Summer Family Fun Days! Our programme is designed to keep young children active, engaged and secure during the school holidays.
We promote inclusive practice which encourages children of all abilities to engage in activities on offer. Our provision enables new friendships and relationships to develop with both peers and staff.
We provide a range of opportunities to encourage children to explore, think for themselves, find solutions and know that it is ok to make mistakes. In doing so, we build children’s resilience, self-esteem and self-belief, encouraging positive attitudes to future learning.
We offer a wide range of activities including arts and crafts skills, which helps to develop your Childs imagination and creativity, organization skills and fine motor skills. Artwork you create and can proudly display in your home.
Cooking and Baking, we offer a Make, take and bake station. This can vary from recopies we help you prep to then bake later at home, to fun decorating or delicious snacks ready to eat. Families are educated on preparing healthy meals and teaching measuring and cooking skills they can share with their children.
We provide healthy hot meal that has been freshly prepared each day. We can cater for all special dietary requirements, when booking your space please provide us with the details.
Bookings:
We only have limited tickets available. Please book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

We are limited to how many SEN/EHCP and refugee tickets we have to offer. Therefore, if your child falls into two or more categories, for example, free school meals and SEN we are asking you to book under Free School meals, as we have more of these tickets available.
How do I book?
We are now only taking bookings manually. We have created a booking form that is available to download. We ask that you complete the form and email this back to us. Your ticket request will then be assessed, and you will then receive confirmation of your tickets booked within five days. If you do not receive confirmation of your tickets, this means you are not booked on to the event.
Once you have completed your booking form, please email this back to us hafbookings@gatewaycentralservices.org

Invalid HAF code
There are no tickets available at the venue you have chosen.
